Who Might Choose

Good Life Essentials

  • Back or side sleepers. The shredded pieces of memory foam in the Good Life Essentials pillow create an appropriate amount of firmness and support for most back and side sleepers, initially at least. Based on my experience, it’s an appealing choice for those who tend to like more support than stomach sleepers.
  • Those who are on a budget. Although prices on Amazon do fluctuate, it seems that the Good Life Essentials pillow – at least in a Queen size – is slightly less expensive than the Coop Sleep Goods pillow.

Coop Sleep Goods

  • Combination sleepers. Due to its adjustable nature, sleepers are able to determine exactly how much loft and support was needed based on one’s sleep positions and neck comfort. It does come overstuffed but enough foam can be removed to meet even the most specific preferences from stomach sleepers.

Either

  • Sleepers who are looking for super soft pillow covers. Both covers are crafted with a combination of polyester and rayon/viscose from bamboo. Bamboo is known for being incredibly soft and lightweight, and we can vouch that sleeper who enjoy the delicate texture of this fabric combination.

Overall

There are numerous similarities, features, and shared characteristics between these two pillows. Honestly, they could both work well for back and side sleepers, while we’d really only recommend the Coop Sleep Goods for stomach sleepers. The main factors that set them apart are their price and the adjustable functionality that’s part of theCoop Sleep Goods pillow experience.
