Mint Mattress is 12 inches in height, making it two inches taller than the original Tuft & Needle mattress. It also retails for $895 for a Queen, which a higher price point than the original mattress that sells for $575 (Queen).

“One of the cornerstones of Tuft & Needle has always been listening to our customers,” said Tuft & Needle co-founder J.T. Marino in an interview with industry news publication Furniture Today. “This exciting new mattress model reflects hundreds of thousands of feedback touchpoints that we have collected over our five years in business, and takes amazing sleep to the next level.”

Mint mattress consists of three progressive foam layers and upgraded construction, including Ceramic Gel. Tuft & Needle says the gel absorbs five times more heat than conventional blue-gel products and includes 30 percent more gel beads in the second layer, for gradual cooling support, according to Furniture Today’s report.

The new Mint Mattress is covered under Tuft & Needle’s 100-night trial period and comes with a 10-year warranty.

Not to be overlooked, Tuft & Needle added a brand new seating product, Pouch, to their line of sleep products on February 21.

“Imagine a seat with the cozy comfort needed for movie nights and the classic elegance to fit any elevated room design,” the company said to Furniture Today. “Tuft & Needle’s brand-new Pouch, launched today nationwide, is the perfect balance of both.”

The Pouch does look similar to a classic bean bag chair, but the seat is filled with a combination of the retailer’s own T&N Adaptive foam and recycled polyester fibers, which are used to keep the foam from clumping together. The Pouch is “engineered to be soft and squishy but still supportive enough to be comfortable for an afternoon of reading or relaxing,” according to the brand’s website.

It has a locking zipper and a cover that’s easy to remove so you can wash it when necessary. The quilted cover comes in three color options: Cosmos (a denim-like blue), Dune (sand) and Stone (a grey). All three options cost $450 each.

You have 100-nights to try the Pouch risk-free and its covered under a 3-year warranty.

The new products join Tuft & Needle’s full line of mattress and bedding products, like their original Tuft & Needle mattress, the &Pillow, and a line of furniture including a frame, base, and foundation.
