Ben is a Performance Editor with over nine years of experience within the health and fitness industry. A NASM-Certified Nutrition Coach and NASM-Certified Sports Nutrition Coach, his subject matter expertise covers a wide range of topics including supplementation, recovery, strength training, running, and more.

Ben holds a B.A. in Print Journalism from Penn State University and has had his works previously featured by DICK’S Sporting Goods and Gear Patrol. When not training, writing, or editing, he can be found in Pittsburgh taking part in his other interests which include cooking, DIY projects, and the outdoors.
